Memberships
Members must sign up for classes through the customer portal.
Members are asked to please be on time as classes will start at the listed time.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be asked to wait until the next class to participate.
Members will be required to purchase their own hand wraps and gloves.
Unused classes will roll into the following month as long as the membership is ACTIVE.
When memberships are cancelled, all unused classes are terminated the same day.
Members are responsible for keeping track of renewal dates. Boxfit LLC WILL NOT provide a refund for memberships cancelled after the renewal date.
Members will be granted the courtesy of freezing your membership one time per calendar year.
Members will be eligible to freeze their membership when they are unable to attend classes for longer than one month period. Exact dates must be provided with written notice in advance.

Cancellations / rescheduling
Private training sessions will require 24 HOURS NOTICE in the event of a cancellation or reschedule.
Group classes will require 12 HOURS NOTICE in the event of a cancellation or reschedule.
Private sessions or group classes that are cancelled within the required time frame of notice, WILL NOT be refunded.
