Our policies

Please review the following policies we have implemented to ensure a safe and respectful training environment. We thank you for your cooperation and support!

group classes / Memberships

  • Members must sign up for classes through the customer portal.

  • Members are asked to please be on time as classes will start at the listed time.

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be asked to wait until the next class to participate.

  • Members will be required to purchase their own hand wraps and gloves.

  • Unused classes will roll into the following month as long as the membership is ACTIVE.

  • When memberships are cancelled, all unused classes are terminated the same day.

  • Members are responsible for keeping track of renewal dates.

  • Boxfit LLC WILL NOT provide a refund for memberships cancelled after the renewal date.

Private training / packages

  • Private training sessions are scheduled on a first come, first served basis.

  • When private sessions are booked, if they are not cancelled / rescheduled within the required notice period clients will be charged for the session.

  • Package options are available for purchase at a discounted per session rate.

  • Private training packages are eligible to be used at any time and do not expire.

  • Scheduling is at the discretion of the client. Private training slots are on a first come, first served basis and the desired time slot cannot be guaranteed each week.

  • When a package is purchased, all sales are FINAL and Boxfit LLC WILL NOT provide a refund in the event sessions are unable to be used.

Cancellations / rescheduling

  • Private training sessions will require 24 HOURS NOTICE in the event of a cancellation or reschedule.

  • Group classes will require 12 HOURS NOTICE in the event of a cancellation or reschedule.

  • Private sessions or group classes that are cancelled within the required time frame of notice, WILL NOT be refunded.
